Scott joined Partech International as Chief Financial Officer in 1994 where he is responsible for the firm's finance, legal and administrative matters.

Prior to joining Partech, Scott was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, having joined Arthur Young & Company in 1980 where Scott specialized in audits of information technology companies, with a focus on public offerings. While at Ernst & Young, Scott was a consultant in the West Region Office in Los Angeles responsible for the technical review of SEC filings and consulting with partners in the Western United States on complex accounting and audit matters. He returned to San Francisco as a Bay Area technical reviewer. Scott also headed Ernst & Young's Southern California recruiting effort, and was a national education instructor and alumni committee member.

Scott holds a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.
