Jean-Marc joined Partech International in 1996 focusing on communications and components investments in French speaking countries and Israel. Jean-Marc has a long track record of successful exits including IPOs with Lannet (GIAN), RadVision (RVSN) and Alvarion (NASD : FLRE) and trade sales with Fluxus (acq. by British Telecom), ISDNet (acq. by Cable and Wireless), Solomio (acq. by Openwave Systems) and Apogee (acq. by Colt).
Prior to joining Partech, Jean-Marc was an IT partner at Finovelec, a Paris based VC firm affiliated with EDF and IDI and managed Genèse Investissements, the first French Seed Capital Fund affiliated to France Telecom, Credit Lyonnais and Finovelec. Before Genèse Investissements, Jean-Marc spent 6 years at Alstom where he was a International Project Manager in the Nuclear Power Plant division.
Jean-Marc attended Supelec Graduate School in Paris, France and studied Engineering. He holds an MBA from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris, France.
